The Washington State China Relations Fund works closely with our sister organization, the Washington State China Relations Council (WSCRC), to promote educational and charitable programs, exchanges, and understanding between the State of Washington and China.

Our Focus

Educate and Inform

Develop and support high-quality, high-impact educational programs to strengthen the Washington State-China relationship, while fostering broader and deeper mutual understanding between U.S. and China.

Convene and Connect

Provide an unparallel platform for dialogue, exchange, and cooperation/partnership between people, companies, and government agencies on both sides of the Pacific.

Support and Collaborate

Work closely with our sister organization Washington State China Relations Council, the oldest non-governmental organization advocating at the state level for increased connections with China, to fulfill our missions.
